• What does “6 months of free SAP B1 Cloud usage” mean in this promotion?

  You will receive SAP Business One Cloud completely free of charge for a full 6 months.

  There are no basic fees, no operational or setup costs, no hidden charges, and no contractual obligations during this period.

  You can test the solution in a fully functional environment – exactly as you would later use it in live operations.

  Only after this period will you decide whether you want to continue.

  This promotion is the ideal opportunity to experience SAP B1 in the Cloud risk-free and without any obligation.

• What does “non-binding” mean in this promotion?

  During the 6-month promotion period, you can use SAP Business One Cloud free of charge and without any contractual commitment.

  You have the freedom to exit at any time without a notice period or additional costs – in that case, your SAP B1 system will be deactivated and deleted by us.

  If no written cancellation is received during the promotion phase, your contract will automatically transition into regular operation with payment obligation and a term of 12 months after the period ends.

• How many users can I order for the promotion?

  You can start with as few as 3 users. There is no upper limit – you can order as many users as you need.

• When can I adjust the number of users?

  You can increase the number of users at any time.

  After the promotion phase and at the end of each 12-month contract term, you also have the option to reduce the number of users.

• Who is this promotion for and until when is it valid?

  This promotion is exclusively for new SAP B1 Cloud customer orders at Cloudiax and is valid until September 30, 2025.

• Can I migrate my SAP B1 On-Premise to Cloudiax and use this promotion?

  Yes, absolutely. If you are currently running SAP B1 On-Premise, you can migrate to the Cloud with Cloudiax and benefit from this special promotion.

• What about customers who are already using SAP B1 in the Cloud with another provider?

  Customers who are already running SAP B1 in the Cloud with another provider can also switch to Cloudiax.

  The migration is professionally supported by our Cloudiax team – quickly, securely, and smoothly.

• Which SAP Business One licenses can I use?

  All products and solutions in the Cloudiax price list do not include SAP Business One and add-on licenses, unless expressly stated otherwise. You are completely free in your choice of license.

  You can bring your existing purchase licenses. You can buy new licenses from the SAP consulting company of your choice (on-premise licenses) or rent them (cloud licenses). OEM licenses, which are available together with an industry solution based on SAP Business One, can also be used by Cloudiax. It is worth comparing and getting the expert advice from one of the many Cloudiax partners on site. Cloudiax will be glad to help you with this.

  All other necessary licenses (operating systems, access licenses, virus protection, Microsoft SQL, etc.) are included in the Cloudiax products. The license for SAP HANA is supplied with rental licenses from SAP. A separate SAP HANA database must be purchased for on-premise licenses. • Are the required database and server licenses provided by Cloudiax?

• How is billing handled after the 6-month promotion phase?

  After the promotion phase ends, the regular contract begins.

  Billing is carried out quarterly, and each invoice is due in advance. The contract term is 12 months.
