Per 1000 additional emails per month

The extensions are added monthly only as needed. Once 500 emails are exceeded, your quota is expanded in increments of 1,000 emails and billed on a monthly basis. This automated process ensures seamless email processing without any action required from you.

Extensions are provided in increments of 1,000 emails. If the basic package of 500 emails is exceeded within the current month, an additional 1,000 emails will automatically be added and billed for that month. (For example, 199€ for the basic package + 299€ for 1,000 additional emails, totaling 498€/month for fewer than 1,500 emails).

This process repeats as necessary: each time the current quota is surpassed, another increment of 1,000 emails is added and billed to ensure seamless and uninterrupted email processing.

Managed LLM

Rent your own LLM! With the Managed LLM, we offer businesses an extensive, secure, and high-performance infrastructure for their AI projects.

All necessary licenses, deployment, operations, and 24/7/365 support are included in the product, allowing you to get started quickly and worry-free without needing your own hardware or licenses.

The Managed LLM covers all essential components, such as GPU, large language model, software, and operating system, along with a user-friendly chat GUI and a REST API that allows for easy integration into downstream systems such as ERP, accounting, ticketing systems, etc., through a standardized interface.

Authentication is done via username and password, as well as API access. For additional security, free two-factor authentication and an optional VPN access are available upon request.

To ensure smooth operations, all necessary software packages such as Python3, CUDA, and NVIDIA drivers are pre-installed, and we regularly perform backups of the system configuration. Cloudiax guarantees 99.5% availability of the server, LLM and API. LLM updates are not included by default but can be provided upon request.

Deployment and operation take place in a dedicated Cloud environment (Private Cloud) to ensure maximum security for sensitive corporate data. By adhering to the strictest European and German privacy policy, your valuable corporate data is securely stored in our data center in Germany.

Deployment and operation take place in a dedicated Cloud environment (Private Cloud) as in an on-premise installation. This completely eliminates all restrictions as defined when using SAP Business One Cloud via the SAP Cloud Control Center. The customer can freely use all options such add-ons, additional application servers or an individual B1if. The customer can also freely choose the SAP Business One version and the patch level. In addition, the customer or the supervising consulting firm receives far-reaching administrative approvals on the system. The minimum number of “Basis Users” for Private Cloud is three.

Of course, with Cloudiax, you will not pay any setup costs for building your SAP Business One environment.

With the Cloud Basis User you already get everything you need to use SAP Business One in the Private Cloud. All you have to do is choose the database SAP Hana or Microsoft SQL – Cloudiax supports both. Cloudiax provides you access to your SAP Business One via RDP (remote desktop) and / or HMTL5 (web browser) with full support of all features. Not only is the standard SAP Business One available to you. With the help of hundreds of add-ons developed by specialized SAP consultancies, you have access to every conceivable extension of your SAP Business One.

In addition, Cloudiax transparently links your locally used Microsoft Office package with SAP Business One in the Cloud, so you can easily transfer data for example from your SAP to your local Microsoft Excel by the click of a button. Generally we update your SAP Business One to the latest version once or twice a year for free. We do not simply update your SAP Business One, but also provide you for 30 days an updated copy of your environment for testing. During the tests, you continue to work normally in your usual environment. After successfully testing the “new” environment, we will transform your productive environment. If the 30-day free trial period is not enough for you, you can also extend the time via our options for a fee.

Cloudiax is directly and redundantly linked with the largest Internet exchange points (e.g., Decix, Ecix) and to more than 70 Internet providers. With a connection of 200 Gbit/s a worldwide access to your data with full bandwidth and lowest runtimes is guaranteed.

Advanced Printing

The Advanced Printing functions can be licensed and activated for specific users. Not all users need to be equipped with it.

SQL to HANA Migration Check

Checking the migration capability of a SAP Business One SQL database to SAP HANA. As a result, Cloudiax provides the customer a test report and SAP Notes for deletion of errors.

Find out with a minimum of effort whether your SAP Business One runs on Microsoft SQL or SAP HANA.

You just supply us your SQL database. We run your database through our extensive SAP HANA migration check (current version). After that, there are two possible outcomes:

  1. Your SQL database has been migrated to SAP HANA without errors. You will receive the migrated database as a download or you can continue using it at Cloudiax. Our experience has shown that about 40% of SAP Business One SQL databases can be migrated to SAP HANA without errors.
  2. The migration check has generated an error list with the corresponding SAP Notes on how to correct the errors. You will receive the error list and SAP notes after the migration check. In this case, we would also like to provide you with an offer to correct the errors and complete the migration.

Two Factor Authentication

Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for a named user (c-User).

The 2FA security method identifies a user’s logon credentials by combining two different and independent components (factors).

The article is required only once per user, independent of which and how many solutions the user needs in the Cloudiax platform.

The user can choose between TOTP, PUSH or E-mail and select and use one, two or all three methods. All three methods are included in the price.

TOTP: The one-time password (token) is generated via a smartphone app (NetIQ Advanced Authenticator for IOS and Android) and each password is valid for 30 seconds. The user then has to enter user name and password during login and, as a second factor, type the token from the smartphone app.

PUSH: After entering the user name and password, the user receives a request on his smartphone app (NetIQ Advanced Authenticator for IOS and Android) and has to confirm it by clicking on the smartphone. Since the typing of the one-time password (token) is not necessary, this second factor in the use is very comfortable.

E-mail: After entering the username and password, the user receives an e-mail with a one-time password (token) and must indicate this as a second factor when logging in. The method is a little less secure than TOTP and PUSH, because an attacker who took on username and password usually also took over access to the emails.

Therefore our recommendation: Always set up and use TOTP and PUSH.

Special feature: In the case of a user change (a c-User is deactivated because, for example, retirement) and the creation of a new user, the 2FA license can be transferred to the new user with the remaining time.

Application Server

Cloudiax offers the provision and operation of a virtual server under Microsoft Windows or Linux for the installation of various applications. The Microsoft Windows license and the Linux license (SUSE/Ubuntu) are included in the price. The provision of all other licenses is the responsibility of the customer.

The IT world in companies does not just consist of SAP Business One. In many cases further systems are needed, e.g. for eCommerce, web server or other software systems. The optional Application Server offer you the possibility of implementing every conceivable scenario in the Cloudiax data center. The Application Servers can be provided as Windows or Linux servers. The license for the Windows operating system is included in the monthly price. All other licenses for the Application Server are the responsibility of the customer. All Application Servers receive a fixed private IP address. The accessibility from the Internet can be made via firewall ports and / or reverse proxy (https).

Private AI Server

Our unmanaged Private AI Servers are ideal for running and developing your own AI applications, and are also suited for tasks such as deep learning, machine learning, training and fine-tuning large language models, as well as image generation applications.

Cloudiax guarantees 99.5% server availability and provides 24/7/365 support to ensure server uptime from our side. For maximum computing power, the server can be scaled up to four GPUs per system.

Deployment and operation take place in a dedicated Cloud environment (Private Cloud) to ensure maximum security for sensitive corporate data. By adhering to the strictest European and German privacy policy, your valuable corporate data is securely stored in our data center in Germany.

Our data center is certified with ISO/IEC 27001 2013 and complies with the TIER 3 security standard for international data centers. The LLM is accessed via the Internet, protected by our firewalls.

The following billing periods and minimum contract terms apply:

Private AI Server A100 and H100: Billing is quarterly in advance, at a flat rate as listed below, and is not consumption-based. The minimum contract term is 12 months.
Private AI Server for Fine-tuning: Billing is on a weekly basis, at a flat rate as listed below, and is not consumption-based. The minimum contract term is 1 week.

With our Private AI Server for Fine-Tuning, you have the opportunity to customize a pre-trained model using your data. Through fine-tuning, the model adapts to your specific requirements, allowing your customers to receive more precise and relevant results.

Example calculation: Fine-tuning a Llama 3.1 70B model takes approximately 237 hours of training.

The server setup is completed on the first day of use and is performed once during the first week. Therefore, the first week includes 6 full days of use plus 1 day for setup. From the second week onwards, the full 7 days are available.

Provision and operation of a VPN connection between the Cloudiax VPN gateway and your on-premises VPN router. The VPN router in your location is not included in the price and must be provided by the customer.

Normally your users simply and securely use the HTML5 web application through their browser or access their applications via remote desktop. In the case that you want to connect your company or several subsidiaries / branch offices directly via a VPN with Cloudiax, our Site-to-Site VPN solution is the suitable choice for you. The monthly invoicing takes place per connected location. The VPN router in your location is not included in the price and must be provided by the customer. A setup fee does not have to be paid.

Important: Cloudiax specifies the private networks. Should it be necessary to overlap existing networks with you or a complex configuration with multi-networks and routings, a connection via Site-to-Site VPN is not possible.

All prices are quoted for one month or are one-time costs. Invoices will be settled quarterly and are due and payable in advance. The contract period is 12 months.
