The security manager is your responsible person for changes, authorizations and actions within your and your customers cloud environment. He/she creates employee logins to access to the Cloudiax service portal: https://service.cloudiax.com.
The security manager can also log tickets in the system.
Important: Please note that if you change the security manager in your company you should inform us and send us the name and the e-mail address of the new security manager. In this case please use this form to authorize the new security manager and send it to order@cloudiax.com.
