Additionally, a direct link to the corresponding delivery note or goods receipts (order) can be established. Within the SIGMA Load carrier exchange account, you can effortlessly link the forwarder, customer or supplier as a business partner with a pallet movement in the standard SAP Business One entry screen and enter additional information, such a vehicle registration numbers or remarks.

Moreover, SAP Business One documents like delivery notes or goods receipts (orders) can be linked to pallet movements.

The intuitive input matrix allows you to swiftly and effortlessly enter several types of load carriers, such as Euro pallets or pallet cages, for a transaction.

Each load carrier’s incoming and outgoing quantities can be recorded. Furthermore, you can add your own customizable condition classification for each load carrier, if needed. In addition, you can include further personalized information in the form of comments for each entered load carrier, as per your specific requirements.

By smartly linking stock-managed items with SAP Business One’s standard packaging materials (load carriers), the stock levels of the specified load carriers for the designated warehouse are automatically updated via the standard goods receipt and goods issue processes.
