Of course Cloudiax comes into contact with personal data as a cloud provider for ERP solutions and is therefore subject to the strict legal requirements of order data processing. As a company based in Germany we therefore pay particular attention to the very high level of protection of personal data but of course also to the other data of our customers.
Basically, we at Cloudiax only have theoretical and abstract access to the personal data that our end users process, as these are available in Microsoft SQL or SAP Hana databases or similar systems and through which our customers from SAP Business One or similar applications access them.
Cloudiax operates these databases and applications for its customers but does not require direct access to them for operation. At the same time we have incorporated the legally required order data processing into our contractual terms for the use of cloud services . In particular in §14.1 to §14.37 the order data processing is comprehensively regulated. In addition our privacy policy makes the processing and use of personal data transparent. Our data centers are certified according to the ISO 27001 standard and comply with the international standard TIER 3.
