All incoming emails are first scanned by antivirus protection. Email data is temporarily stored during the processing phase and deleted after processing is complete. All data exports are stored on our SFTP server until they are retrieved and then deleted.

What happens if my email volume exceeds the booked package?
The basic package includes 500 emails and automatically expands once this limit is exceeded. All additional emails are billed in increments of 1,000.
